Sheet 05 · Launch events · Jul–Aug 2026

Two dates.
One opening argument.

Every forum has to earn its first room. VOILA opens with two moves: a launch night that makes the case, and - weeks later - the first full session that proves it. If the idea holds, Blueprint No. 001 goes on the shelf. In public. On the record.

The opening moves

Make the case, then prove it.

Two events, weeks apart - one argument carried end to end.

Launch showcase

The night VOILA makes its case.

No panel. No keynote circuit. One room and one argument: honest feedback usually arrives after it can change anything - and Perth deserves a room where it arrives early. The engine, shown in four moves. The first challenge, announced live, with its co-host.

  • The case - why "productive friction" beats forced harmony, told straight
  • The engine, live - Signal → Synthesis → Blueprint → Broadcast, in plain terms
  • The announcement - Session No. 001, its challenge, and the CORE partnership, on stage
  • The invitation - challenge submissions open in the room; every seat gets the link
You leave with

A clear read on whether this room is for you - and if it is, your application already moving.

Blueprint Session No. 001

The first full run of the engine.

One real, unsolved challenge. Twelve seats, four or more sectors, zero stake in agreeing. Ninety minutes of structured friction - interrogate, debate, synthesise, commit - and a written Blueprint Brief inside 48 hours. Everything VOILA claims gets tested here, where everyone can see it.

  • The challenge - selected from launch-night submissions; announced ahead of the room
  • The room - curated deliberately: an architect reads every application
  • The output - Blueprint No. 001, the first entry on the public shelf, within the week
  • The precedent - the commit round on record: what the room actually did next
The forum leaves with

Proof. Not a promise of what the format could do - a published blueprint showing what it did.

The founding room

Twelve seats that set the standard.

The first room defines what every room after it feels like. We’re curating Session No. 001 seat by seat - one architect with a challenge worth the room, and eleven challengers across at least four sectors who’ve shipped, failed, and shipped again. Founding challengers get something no one else ever will: they were in the room when the shelf started.

1 ARCHITECT · 11 CHALLENGERS · 4+ SECTORS
Bring the challenge

Want the first room working on your problem?

Submit one real, unsolved challenge - the thing keeping you up at night. If it’s selected for Session No. 001, the room is yours for ninety minutes and Blueprint No. 001 carries your reframe. Confidential brief, anonymised broadcast, your call throughout.

Take a challenger seat

Bring a lens, not a problem.

Senior operators and domain experts who want their thinking stretched across a problem they’d never meet in their own sector. Tell us what you’ve built and what you know - an architect reads every application, and the founding room is chosen deliberately.

The shelf starts here

Be in the room when the first blueprint is drawn.

Register for the showcase, submit a challenge, or apply for a founding challenger seat. Membership is selective and free - the only invitation you need is a challenge worth bringing.
